As it turns out, the reports coming from Tangier spoke of an accident that resulted in no injuries. The translation from Arabic, which clearly indicated "a death", was inaccurate.

This was, notwithstanding, a very serious accident and we'll leave the photographs of it posted here.

Working 5 high stacks with adjacent stacks of significant height requires compete awareness, concentration and skill. 

As to cause, workers at the terminal have indicated to the writer that it was a clear case of operator error.

Ron Signorino Friends, I wish I had more information about this photograph. I don't. It was sent to me by a friend in Asia, who himself could not (or perhaps would not) provide any details. I'll keep searching for clues.
