Cargo ship collided with pier at Barranquilla VIDEO

General cargo ship MURUETA collided with pier at around 1140 LT Jan 16 while berthing at Sociedad Palermo, Barranquilla, Colombia. Both ship and pier sustained damages, ship’s portside hull was damaged, portside anchor torn off (see video). MURUETA arrived at Barranquilla from Netherland Antilles with cargo of salt.
