Taiwanese coastguard officials said they believed strong winds contributed to the overturning of the crane lorry, which sunk to the bottom of the harbour.

The workers also reportedly had their measurements off when they were landing the barge into the water.
Having since removed the damaged barge from the sea, they are to salvage the lorry, as well as assess any potential environmental impact the incident may have caused including oil spills.
The accident caused an estimated one million NT (£25,000) in damages, according to China Times.
Net users commented on Facebook that the workers were not operating the crane properly, which led to the weight imbalance.
