MSC would like to inform customers that MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA will exclude a sailing during the week 39 from Asia to North Europe.  
However, you may continue to place bookings as usual as we are arranging alternate routings:

Voyage 939W, ETA 25.09.2019 in Qingdao 
To and Via: Algeciras, Rotterdam and Felixstowe 
All shipments from Qingdao, Busan, Ningbo, Yantian and Tanjung Pelepas will be served via alternative services.

Maersk announces AE2 blank sailing

In connection with the upcoming Golden Week period, Maersk has endeavoured to balance its network to match reduced demand. The company aims to minimize the impact to its customers supply chain and provide predicta-bility by making a structural change and securing alternative routings.
Maersk will start the temporary suspension of the AE2 service already from week 39. This is one week earlier than its previous announcement. The service will be suspended until mid-November and will resume in line with demand pickup. “To ensure our customers will not face any business disruption, all port calls on the AE2 service will be covered on other services in our network,” the Danish firm says in its announcement.
