I'm told the photograph below represents an accident that occurred at a DP World operation somewhere in this wide world. Someone mentioned that it likely was in Algeria (Djazair Port).

What transpired is probably a matter of some conjecture, but it appears likely that the tractor's 5th wheel was up very high.

I couldn't help but notice the pile of junk that fell out of the bomb cart's interior bed. Probably symptomatic of something.......
