Due to the Corona virus outbreak, we are taking the follow safety measures to protect you and our staff. For the time being our opening hours will remain as normal.
1/ There is now a visible line clearly marked on the floor around our counter serving areas to give you and our staff a safe separation distance. It would be greatly appreciated if you would respect this simple and sensible precaution.
2/ Our staff will be wearing vinyl gloves and also cleaning counters and card machines on a very frequent basis.
3/ Should you wish not to come into the shop but still require to purchase items, we will happily take your order and payment over the phone (01394-284685) and have your purchased items bagged up ready for your collection. Please just phone the shop when you arrive and we will happily bring them out to you, minimising any contact greatly.
4/ If you are self isolating or are part of a particularly vulnerable group and therefore cannot leave your home, we are offering a free daily delivery service (dependant on staff) within Felixstowe. As a local family run business we really appreciate our customers’ continued support but we ask you to please use this offer sensibly.
5/ As always we are on hand to still give advice and guidance where possible.
