Through a friend in Spain, we understand that there was a serious accident that occurred earlier today on the dock of the CSP Iberian terminal at Valencia port.
Through a friend in Spain, we understand that there was a serious accident that occurred earlier today on the dock of the CSP Iberian terminal at Valencia port. CSP Iberian is, as we understand it, a Chinese-owned operation that has taken over from the former operators, Noatum.
In that accident, a dock worker was apparently rolled over by what appears to be a bomb cart while attempting to communicate with his foreman (See photo below).
We understand that the dock worker was transported to a local hospital by ambulance, and that doctors there consider his condition stable and non-life threatening.
