This is for all port workers / lorry drivers heading into Felixstowe today at 12.00pm. Load will now carry on its journey tomorrow

Todays Abnormal Load Police escort from Cambridgeshire to Felixstowe has been delayed on route, so now will continue its journey from Haughley on A14 to Felixstowe docks tomorrow 20 August 2015.

On Wednesday 19th August 2015 starting 12:00hrs Suffolk Police will be escorting a load 5m wide, 5.7m high, 27.5m long weighing 110000kgs, from A1303 Newmarket to Felixstowe docks.
The route as follows:
A1303 Cambs border – A1304 – B1506 – A14 – A1308 – B1113 – Bramford Road – The Common – B1113 – A1071 – A1214 – A1189 – A1156 – A14 to Felixstowe docks.
Delays should be expected along this route.
