MSC Sveva sailing into Felixstowe, starboard swing for berth 9 26th July 2016

Msc Sveva sails into Felixstowe with the assistance of 2 Svitzer tugs for the starboard swing off the berth to go portside to Berth 9. The pilot used the forward momentum to swing Sveva around quickly. Very impressive to watch! MSC Sveva has sailed into Europe quite heavy, before dropping off cargo in various countries: Tangier Med - Morocco, Le Havre - France, Rotterdam - Netherlands, Bremerhaven - Germany and finally back to Rotterdam-Netherlands before coming to the Uk with a draft of 11.7 metres to be loaded with Uk exports but mostly empty containers to be filled up again destined for somewhere Europe.
