RTG port container accident no one got hurt! Cables break one by one, Crane operator cuts his own wires by hoisting down.
This RTG has one broken wire, they solve the situation just by hoisting down, rest of the cables break and the containers is heavyly damages. Is this the solution? How would you fix this?
