Friday Focus: World’s Largest Containership

Operated by China Shipping Container Lines, the CSCL Globe is a staggering vessel that measures in at a quarter of a mile long, with a weight of 186,000 tonnes. The Globe’s overall length of 1,311.3 feet makes it the largest in the world, bigger than both the MSC Oscar and the Maersk Triple E!
