Felixstowe Agencies Ltd, who provide mooring services and stevedores to Ipswich dock, has been graded a ‘Satisfactory +’ sub-contractor by Associated British Ports. This status allows them to work at all ABP ports throughout the country, including Lowestoft, King’s Lynn, Southampton, and Hull.
To achieve ‘Satisfactory +’ status Felixstowe Agencies Ltd had to meet criteria relating to security, and port health and safety standards, as well as provide references from two other clients within the shipping industry.

Felixstowe Agencies Ltd. was established in 2009, and employs a team of 16 dock workers. It is responsible for mooring and un-mooring ships, operating the lock at Ipswich dock, and providing stevedoring and other general services.
