DP World’s London Gateway logistics park is understood to be close to a letting to Dixons Carphone Warehouse.
A joint venture between DP World and Prologis has been at work on a speculative unit of 317,000 sq ft.
The lease is understood to be around five years. Prologis declined to comment.
The logistics park, which will eventually total 9m sq ft, is a tri-modal site 10 miles from junction 30 of M25 motorway.
