Jonathan Roberts, the UK Chamber's director of communications, spoke to BBC News at One on Thursday about the importance of transitional Customs arrangements after Brexit.
Ports and their customers, he said, need more time to prepare for new Customs rules and require a clear vision of where we are heading.
