MSC FLAMINIA remains alongside the pier of Jade-Weser-Port in Wilhelmshaven. As part of a notification process, which has to be completed positively in order to obtain the permission to leave the port, REEDEREI NSB is currently working to ensure compliance with all imposed administrative requirements. In this regard, the experts focus especially on the great amounts of extinguishing water which still remain inside of the vessel.
Due to the complexity of the requirements, no estimates on the duration of the notification process can be made. As soon as all approvals are given, MSC FLAMINIA will initiate its voyage to a repair shipyard.
