Maersk Kimi to call London Gateway instead of Felixstowe 23/08/2014
We regret to inform you that due to operational issues in Felixstowe we have decided to divert the Maersk Kimi to London Gateway, scheduled to arrive 23rd August at 06:00 and depart at 23:00.
Import cargo
- All Import cargo will be discharged in London Gateway. Please send your delivery / merchant haulage release instructions to the Import team GBRSCLIMPORT@safmarine.com.
Export cargo
- For export cargo that has not yet gated-in at Felixstowe:
- Carrier haulage bookings - there is no need to take any action. Our Intermodal team will arrange with our hauliers to take laden units to London Gateway.
- Merchant haulage bookings - please advise your haulier(s) to take laden units to London Gateway and the quay is already open for the Maersk Kimi.
- For export cargo that has gated-in at Felixstowe, there is no need to take any action as we will arrange for units to be moved to London Gateway.
If you have any questions please contact our Customer Experience team.
Yours faithfully,
