The BCMEA has partnered with the leadership of the ILWU longshore union to create a video that highlights the diversity of the work place and acknowledges the contributions women make to the BC waterfront industry. On behalf of the BCMEA and ILWU we hope the video provides insight to an industry where women who work in non-traditional roles truly exemplify how the "face of the waterfront has changed".
