A management company behind Hutchison Port Holdings Trust (HPH Trust) has appointed a new company secretary.
Lee Tiong Hock replaced the current secretary of Hutchison Port HoldingsManagement, Lynn Wan Tiew Leng on May 22, 2017.
It manages HPH Trust, a British Virgin Islands company, the holdings company for a container port business trust listed in Singapore.
HPH Trust interests include deep-water container port assets in China at Hong Kong and Shenzhen, two of the world’s busiest container ports.
It has plans to further develop, operate and manage deep-water container ports elsewhere in China.
